    You have to take a test, they put you on a list, then you interview

    Organiztion skkill, you have to manage your time, and you have to deliver the mail in a timely manner, Social skills: you have to like and get along with the public

    yes, High School Diploma

    Take the test, study before, their are online sample tests, the test is not easy

    Yes, their were about three interviews, manager, then supervisor whom I ended up working with, they were all individual

    NO , I took the test passed so I began work
