Well I work from a small company and their is about 50 of us we are contract out to help people in need of medical care are just for some one to take care of children with speacial need’s. We are non profit and we help poeple are the orange county area.

I do household chores such as cooking, cleaning, and laundry; personal care services like dressing, bathing, and feeding; transportation and accompaniment to medical appointments; protective supervision.

Yes I went to about three interviews. two in person and one over the phone. one interview was with the company the second was with the patient and the three was with the faimly of the patient.

First I would said to try working in a actual hospital are somewhere they can be watch over until they get a lot of experience under their belt. it is a hard job and you can just take poeples life in your hand if you don’t know what your doing.

What skills do you think a person should have if they want to pursue a position like yours?
Very open mind and can deal with any personaitly, as well have organization skills, medical knowledge, be ready for anything to happen at any moment. CPR skills

What advice would you give to someone who was about to start work in your position/ line of work?
The paid is not that great! So you have to truly love what you do and not how much you get paid.
