Describe the type of organization you work for.
We are in new single family home construction and sales. This includes developing the land, and the building of all the homes in our development. We are also responsible for the sale of each new home while working with the purchaser to meet their needs.
Describe your job role and responsibilities.
I am responsible for the land development to install a new home residential community on a particular piece of land. This includes land clearance, grading, electric, plumbing, streets and the permits to do so along with the correct zoning. We then sell each home to a purchaser desiring a new home from among 30 house plans we offer. We will do some modification on those plans if so desired.

| 7am to 8am | meet with contractors on job to make sure each has their materials and appropriate crews on the site for their schedule for the day, give all contractors their weekly schedule |
