9am to 10am | chnaging the software as per clients specifications.Writing the codes & testing the commands .Selecting specific client oriented tasks & end-user tasks & giving commands & testing for the correctness o fthe software. |
10am to 11am | Trying to rectify any errors that occur in the software that has come to light while testing.aswellas trying to combine another part of the software being coded my another team member & see the coordinated application.Discussing the problems with the team member |

Yes .There were several stages of interview.First a gewneral interview testing the communiucation skills & previous expertise .After that a detailed interview related to software skills & experience in the field.Then a last HR interview.All these were of one-one type.
If you can remember, what questions were you asked during the interview?
A lot of questions comprising my education, my software skillset.My experience in previous projects…Different locations of my ob & many questions realted to how certain problems were tackled in previous projects while developing new software.

YES.At the time opf interview itself, he explained me the nature of the work & what they expect from me if I land in that position.So, by the time I took the position, I was well aware of my job responsibilities.

No particular training for this specific position.But I trained myself with many software skills generally required for many softwar epositions.

THey have to improvise their software skills & soft skills.aswell they need to have some experience since my job position needs experienced people in the related sector.
What skills do you think a person should have if they want to pursue a position like yours?
They need to have social skills since they have to interact with fello team memberson a daily basis.Aswell, they nend to have good technical skills to get along with the day to day problems of developing new software.Organisation skils will take you far in the career development.

Yes , a minimum of 3 year college study with 5 year experinece with software skils are minimum mandatory for the position.

yes absolutely.I get to learn many aspects of managing the projects aswell which one day will help me to actually become a project manager also.

TO continue in the present position & learn & have fun.& as and whne a new position occursas a manager would like to grab it..

good learning experience, having fun & interacting with many people, getting to know them……….all helps in th ebetterment & advancement of career
