Describe the type of organization you work for.
It is a large call center, and they have about a thousand agents employed in all at the different call floors. I work full time and am in the retention group.

Customer service including billing and account management, tech support and troubleshooting and retention of customers.

Mostly I just work on the phone, I do have daily interactions with co workers and supervisors

I sent a resume online,

Did you have to interview for your current job? If yes, what did the interview process entail?
I had a phone interview, then a phone recorded interview/questionnaire, then an in person interview at the job site, then a four hour information session and drug test, then 9 weeks of training of which I am in week 7.

If you can remember, what questions were you asked during the interview?
I can’t really remember other than being asked how long I was wanting to work there because they are looking for long term people.

Do you feel your employer properly prepared you for your job? Explain.
Yes and no, there is plenty of training but I think only experience really prepares you.

Not really, my work back ground did however with lots of customer service work.

Apply, be honest and open minded, be professional and don’t bring drama with you.

Customer service, perhaps computer or call center experience and a great deal of professionalism and patience.

Training yes, I am working on my associates so I don’t believe education is a factor as much

Just stick with it, be on time, study hard and do your best.
