Responsible for pragmatically applying formal project management (PM)techniques, skills and methodologies and executing PM process to ensure successful and completion of all program tasks. Including: risk management, project change control, and schedule development.
Develop program / project review documents and presentations. Develop and edit technical materials posted on program websites. Create and manage configuration control process. Manage program master calendar.

No I do not feel I am well compensated at my position. I am a double masters major with ITIL certifications. My base salary is $75,000 I should be making at least $90,000 for this work.

Work location is relative to where I live. I live 1.5 hours via metro and driving takes at least 1.5 hours

5am to 6am | |

7am to 8am | |
8am to 9am | Arrive to work, have my morning coffee and breakfast. Check email and prioritize what work is to be done for the day. |
9am to 10am | Begin first priority projects. Answer emails as well as voice mails. |
10am to 11am | Work on all projects from first to last. |
11am to 12pm | Schedule meetings if necessary, still checking emails. Conduct research and return phone calls and emails as necessary. Generally have a project meeting (once a week) with Supervisor on where I am with assigned projects. |
12pm to 1pm | Lunch, run errands. Check personal email. |
1pm to 2pm | Continue to work on projects.
Once a week there is a team meeting with my team mates where he updates us on all of our team projects. |
2pm to 3pm | Continue to work on current projects, update other associates as necessary. There maybe meetings outside of the office to the DC locations but less likely. |
3pm to 4pm | More project work, research and intranet updates. Work on form updates if necessary and returning more emails. |
4pm to 5pm | Winding down for the day. Leave for commute home at 4:30 PM. |
