I’m not really sure. I got lucky since I knew the family that owns the business I work for.

You are always going to need good social skills, basic math and reasoning skills. You must be able to work under pressure and be able to troubleshoot.

It is better to be over prepared than under. Get as much training and schooling that you can.

No. I had planned to be in a more “high profile” type of job.
