5am to 6am
6am to 7am
7am to 8am Arrive at work shortly before 8.
8am to 9am Check incoming mail from main office. Check email and follow any instructions.
9am to 10am Check all workpapers turned in and record in database all info. How many wallets, disks or cds that are included.
10am to 11am After recording all info into database. Take all workpapers to records room and file away in appropriate cabinets.
11am to 12pm Checking any missing or long standing paperwork not turned in yet with all Mgrs. and Directors.
12pm to 1pm Lunch.
1pm to 2pm Checking that supplies are all filled in.
2pm to 3pm Misc. work.
3pm to 4pm Covering phones for receptionist.
4pm to 5pm Home
5pm to 6pm
