7am to 8am staff meeting, we meet and go over our schedule, problems that may happen and finanically anything that is relevant about the patients. this helps us try to be on the same page with the front of the office and the back office.
8am to 9am treating patients, doing hygiene checks according to the schedule
9am to 10am treating patients, doing hygiene checks, writing in charts, communicating with the lab on cases if necessary

yes, my dr. gave me the staffing and the tools to succeed

Yes, there is a lot of school training. You have to go to a 4 year college, 4 years of dental school and i did another year of residency

yes in ways, the education gives you the basics to operate however, experience is also good

yes, it gave me more practice

Undergraduate study in the sciences and have very good grades, also apply for dental school and gain acceptance into a program

socially they need to be outgoing, good with their hands, smart, good in the biological sciences

yes, constant training is essential, this is an always learning, always trying to get better position

Be organized and confident, have good references and a good work history, have good grades and do community service

i enjoy it but it is not just for the money, you could make more money in other fields. it is stressful at times but very rewarding
