My company sells dinnerware for use in homes, restaurants, and hotels. It is 260 years old and is known worldwide. We have 17 stores in the US and are also distributed by department stores.

Describe your job role and responsibilities.
As a store manager I am responsible for training every person on my staff on how to fulfill their duties and responsibilities. I order all stock for my store. I am responsible for motivating my team to make our sales budgets. I schedule all staff. I ensure that we stay within all budgetary limits for operations and staffing. I teach all staff the necessary product knowledge necessary to selling our product.
