I work for a large cater we have over 1hundred employees it is a non profit

I open the kitchen get out supply’s have food ready when the rest of the crew show up to start cooking then i start cooking then we load up the food and deliver and when we get back I close down and clean up for the next day i also in charge of of ordering the food
