I am a teacher at the elementary level. I teach all subjests to the students except gym & art.

7am to 8amGet up at 6 am to get ready to go to wark. Arrive around 8:15 AM.
8am to 9amPrepare classroom for the day. School starts at 8:30 AM
9am to 10amTeach the students. Schedule various but usually this is morning work time.
