8am to 9am Contacting architects for various projects, getting information on them, also aquiring bidders list.
9am to 10am Sending out the quotes to the general contractors and follow up
10am to 11am Sending out the quotes to the general contractors and follow up
11am to 12pm Preparing a jobs to bid list for the next day including plans and specs
12pm to 1pm lunch break
1pm to 2pm Working on close-out documents for completed projects, i.e. final lien waiver, warranties, sub lien waivers, and pay-apps.
