nothing we had over 30 people laid off last year and morale is very low
What skills do you think a person should have if they want to pursue a position like yours?
They need to hava their CDL license and be able to drive all kinds of equipment plus they need to be skilled in all aspects of public works

What advice would you give to someone who was about to start work in your position/ line of work?
it is hard work and not always rewarding so make sure you really want to do it
