UNDER
Does your job entail you working with others on a daily basis? Is this something you like/dislike about your job? Please explain.
AS I STATED BEFORE, THIS JOB IS POSITION WITH A LITTLE AUTONOMY. YOU DRIVE AROUND ALL DAY TO SEVERAL PT’S HOMES AND PROVIDE CARE. WONDERFUL DURING GOOD WEATHER, FINE IN BAD WEATHER. SOMETIMES UNSETTLING IN LESS THAN SAFE NEIGHBORHOODS.
Do you work collaboratively with supervisors/managers?
Do you work collaboratively with your co-workers?
Describe your work location (e.g., office, home, theatre, in the field) and what you like/dislike about working in it.
I LEAVE FROM HOME, DRIVE TO PT’S HOUSES–OCC. THEIR WORK SPACE, AND RETURN TO HOME. EVERY COUPLE OF WEEKS OR SO, I GO TO THE OFFICE TO PICK UP SUPPLIES, CHECK MY MAIL BOX. OCC. WILL ATTEND A STAFF MEETING, GEN. MONTHLY. I FAX MY TIME SHEET WEEKLY. MY CHECK IS DIRECT DEPOSITED. I REC. MY SCHEDULE VIA A VOICE MAIL BOX THAT I CHECK NIGHTLY. FOR, THE MOST PART IT IS GREAT. AT TIMES I MISS THE COMRADERIE OF WORKING CLOSELY WITH OTHERS
