Yes State Laws require Training.I Took a class with weekly quizzes you have to score a certain % on each quiz to continue once the class is over you take a final test if you pass then you at that time offered employment if they want you.Finally you take a stae certified wriiten and oral exam to obtain your certification.

You have contact with a large amount of people from staff to resident to residents families to other health care workers you are also responsable for handling multi residents at a time along with making sure they are where at their designated areas are through out the day
