I work with mostly women in the office, it’s something you have to get used to. The overall tone in the office is favorable. Even though, there are times when co-workers vent about situations at home.

The interview was primarly a one on one. Manager asked questions about family life and how would one handle customers if a manager was not present

There’s not much that you have to do. People would just have to learn how to be extremely patient with customers because tend to express frustration and anger if they do not get what they want. Most demand same day service and the overall job can discourage the representative.
What skills do you think a person should have if they want to pursue a position like yours?
One must have great personal skills because everyday you are dealing with customer and you cannot agitate or upset customers. And you must have a clear speaking voice so customers can understand you without being repetitive.
