9am to 10am Call insured’s

1. settle claims

2. follow ups to check on the status of pending mail

10am to 11am Review new claims received for the morning, Set them on our system and make calls out on those claims.
11am to 12pm lunch
12pm to 1pm Continue to monitor new mail, return voicemails, call on any new claims
