7am to 8am I check outtrades at two different exhanges. I line up employees for days duties. monitor email
8am to 9am Continue outttrades. I address and rectify current and past day problems.
9am to 10am Phone calls resolving ongoing issues. Check employees for any problems. Talk to individual employees personally. monitor email
10am to 11am meeting with supervisor regarding on going issues and a few new issues.
11am to 12pm Lunch at my desk while reviewing statistics from the previous day. monitor email
