they would have to get there states insurance lisc , then look online for jobs in insuance agencys, call alot of agencys in your town ask if they are hiring

have to be able to get along with the public , deal with problems people get mad sometimes you have to be able to deal with that , you have to be well organized to make sure you have all the right signatures on stuff, and to be able to find paperwork when needed, you have to be good on a commputer since all the companys now are almost all online payments and apps

you have to like working with people helping them with there problems , and be level headed , you cant get upset with people ,
