Duties include nurturing the children, helping them grow into their own unique individuals.Teaching them their ABC’s, numbers, colors an etc,changing diapers,making and feeding them all snacks and meals.

Please describe a typical workday for you in your current job:

5am to 6am
6am to 7am
7am to 8am Children arrive around 8 am
8am to 9am Prepare breakfast and than cleanup
9am to 10am Prepared babies bottle, changed diapers.
10am to 11am Kids sat down to watch The Cat in the Hat while eating popcorn
11am to 12pm Kids lay down for a nap,while other children watch rest of the movie and color.
12pm to 1pm I prepared lunch at 12 and than cleaned up after the children.Changed kids diapers.
1pm to 2pm At this older children made cereal necklaces.I made the baby a bottle.
2pm to 3pm At this time we played ABC Bingo
3pm to 4pm Changed the kids diapers and than we went outside to play games and play on the playground equipment.
4pm to 5pm At this time it is quiet time the children play quietly looking at a book, and watching TV
5pm to 6pm At 5-5:30 parents picked up their kids.

I would probably tell them to make sure their kid is child safe.Be strict on what hours you are open and always have a contract.
