    I was offered a job from someone that knew a family member of mine. They needed someone entry level. I applied. I got the job then learned on the job by working extra hours.

    No - engineers trained me.

    Yes they also set me up to excel.

    I would have progressed faster if I had started out with the education.

    They would say the flexibility of my schedule is very nice. It gives one a chance to do other things than work. Also they would say the people I work with are a lot of fun.

    Fulfilling - Sky is the limit. They let me go to school as I work. Not Fulfilling - the job can be boring at times.

    Yes - I want to eventually become manager of this group or a group similar to it in another company.

    Complete bachelors in Electrical Engineering. Then take over the group.
