My interest and expertise is focused on the psychodynamic issues that impact on the ability of my clients to achieve job satisfaction, promotion, and high-level performance. I work with my clients in the exploration of internal issues which negatively affect their ability to progress. The understanding gained from accessing internalized issues is used to help clients harness their skills and strengths to manage their careers and lives positively and effectively. The process is focused on enabling the client to achieve their personal and career goals and to differentiate themselves from the competition, whether in their current work place, a new position at a new organization, or in a career change. I have worked extensively with adults on relationship issues, depression, self-esteem issues, and career changes. I have also worked successfully with clients of all ages on career issues ranging from early career choice to coaching senior managers on issues relating to peer relations.
