About Nursing Careers
Nurses are healthcare professionals who work under the supervision of physicians to treat a wide range of medical conditions. There are many different types of nurses. Some work with children (pediatric nurses), some work with cancer patients (oncology nurses), some have masters degrees (nurse practitioner), whereas other complete only associates degrees (licensed practical nurses).
The nursing industry is changing at a rapid rate. With advancing technology, a growing population and aging patients, it is an industry that is only going to grow and offer many more exciting job opportunities over the coming years!
