Heather holds an MSc in Organisational Psychology from the University of Manchester, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from University of Lincoln. While at the University of Manchester, she completed her master's thesis which was entitled: "The variability of personality expression in response to situational cues and it’s relationship to job satisfaction".
