I go over patient charts and change medication in accordance with treatment and changes in mental health.

I approve and process grant applications.

 Provides substance abuse evaluation and screening, suicide assessment, counseling and related services including individual, family and group therapy, as well as crisis intervention and treatment planning.  Works collaboratively with community providers and support agencies in the community. Serves as a liaison with the community mental health agencies, regarding any medication management, treatment and stabilization.  Responds to emergency calls and provides crisis intervention services to clients and families as needed.  Prepares and maintains records and reports pertaining to mental health services.  Communicates information concerning resident progress to the Court, Probation Officer and Judges as needed.

I am repsonsible for emergency food distribution. I provide paperwork assistance and trouble-shooting on any topic. Most problems pertain to public assistance, immigration, or housing. I screen and refer clients to specialists in other departments. I occasionally accompany clients to outside appointments.

I work in the department of the Metropolitan Tribunal, the Ecclesiastical Court of the Archdiocese. I am responsible for ensuring that all marriage work is done in accord with the Canon Law of the church, and processing the appropriate permissions and dispensations when necessary. At the other end of the spectrum, I assist with the preliminary stages of annulment cases sent to the Tribunal for review.

Perform eligibility intakes, assessments, one on one counseling, career workshops, guidance, resume assistance

assist students in job search, application and resumes, interviewing skills; plan community classes and summer camps, advise students in career and major choice.

Meet with residents of the shelter to help them update/create resumes, apply for jobs, and enroll in various therapy classes. Also go out in the field to deliver lunches to the unsheltered homeless

process cases within a timely manner; determine eligibility for all medicaid programs; assist with local and state hearings

Meeting with the child and family, drafting an action plan, making suggestions as far as education and individual education plans tailored to each child's needs. I do accompany families to meetings at school if they feel they need the support. Some do well alone, some need an objective person on the child's team. My duties include research, staying current on special education laws, and providing the families with up to date information so they can make educated decisions regarding their childrens education.

Supervise and lead a group of 15 child welfare specialists on the statewide abuse hotline. Audit referrals, complete performance evaluations, staff child abuse cases weekly on multidisciplinary team, hold monthly staff meetings and conferences.

Meet with low income customers to administer a Federally Funded Energy assistance grant, process Senior Rate Credits, assess low income customers for various payment programs, connect low income customers to various public resources to help meet basic needs and do outreach to low income families.

Serve as a liasion for two non-profit organizations. Assist with fund raising events. Review funding request to approve or gather additional information. Manage Speaker's Bureau.

I support communications & marketing efforts through proofreading materials, copy-writing, research, a lot of organization. I use an online tool to manage the distribution of all our mass e-mailings. I write and edit our internal staff e-newsletter. I organize and manage our photography library. I help coordinate the production of materials that other staff members request, like e-vites.

I tutor kids and involve in weekend service activities that benefit various communities.

I provide both individual counseling and family counseling to families who are at risk of having their children removed by the state. My job can also involve working with adolescents who are involved in the juvenile court system and who are considered "at-risk" teenagers. My responsibilities include maintaining regular contact with schools, therapist, and community agencies to coordinate services. I also need to complete a treatment plan that I will use with the family or individual during the period of service delivery. I meet with clients 1 to 2 times per week for a period of 3 to 6 months. All session are held in the clients home, school, or out in the community. During this time we may work on skill building, therapeutic interventions, connecting to community resources, and other tasks as necessary.

provide emebergency mental health assessment and referral to inpatient and outpatient settings to county residents.

I care for mentally and medically ill clients in a group home setting. I write daily and monthly progress notes on them. Implement behavior plans. Certified to dispense medication if necessary. At the detox I care for the safety of drug/ alcohol addicted patients. A lot of computer work- entering patient data, updating census, discharging patients etc.

Interviewing egg donors, counseling intended parents, contacting fertility clinics, make travel arragements.
