I ALSO STOCK IN ALL THE CARS, HANDLE MOST OF THE WHOLESALE BUSINESS AND DO ALL OF TEH AR/AP.

I am in charge of operations and financial aspects

Answer emails, create layouts on my computer for sales of my products including descriptions, pictures, price, shipping etc. I send invoices and receive payments. I wrap and ship pkgs. daily. I really have come accustomed to this and I enjoy it.

Day to day operations of company and design/implemention of engineering projects.

co-manage along with the other president of our little company

I co own the company, so I not only do the hands on construction work but also the office work. I bid the jobs that we do and communicate with the clients on a day to day basis. I also handle the scheduling and ordering as well as designing and managing of the projects. I usually work 40 hours at the job site and an additional 30 hours per week handling the office side of things and managing our web site and company blog. Someday we hope to have office help so that we do not have to work so many hours, but since we are a smaller company, we both usually work long hours to keep it up and running smoothly.

Each business entity should (and in a lot of cases must) have a developed plan of action in the event natural, man-made and business emergencies. Those plans of action include what to do in the event of an emergency, how to act, where to go, what resources are available and usable, when should the plan be put into action, exercising the plan, evaluating and re-writing plan, re-exercising over and over again and finally evaluating when and if the plan is put into action.

I supply customers with a cleaning service including light duties , dishes vacuming, trash removal.

I answer phones. Set up jobes to be bid. Handle the finances, and any paperwork. Keep the suplies stocked. I do everything except the actual bidding of the job and the welding.

I CALL BUSINESS LEADS AND TRY TO SIGN PEOPLE UP TO SELL AMERIPLAN MEDICAL PLANS AND ALSO I SELL THE MEDICAL PLANS FOR A DISCOUNTED RATE.
