I'm a Real Estate Agent and I help customers in selling their coops and condos.

I meet with clients, try and find them an apartment and take them step by step through the process

I am responsible for the land development to install a new home residential community on a particular piece of land. This includes land clearance, grading, electric, plumbing, streets and the permits to do so along with the correct zoning. We then sell each home to a purchaser desiring a new home from among 30 house plans we offer. We will do some modification on those plans if so desired.

I work with buyers & sellers in the Atlanta real estate market. I market the properties I have listed to prospective buyers and also match buyers to available properties by touring homes with them and providing them the necessary information to make decisions on buying. It is also my job to negotiate prices & contracts on behalf of my buyers and sellers.

I assist principals in the sale and purchase of residential real estate ensuring that all national, state and local laws and regulations are followed.

I work with buyers and sellers in the transfer and sale of residential real estate.
