I am in charge of running the unit; making sure managers are running their operations correctly. The operations include cafe, intermission bars, catering, and the kitchen.

Making sure daily operations run smoothly without any severe issues. I am involved in all the decision making regarding each location. Have to make sure every location is up to date.

Train and teach new employees

Inventory, hiring/firing, ensuring that the store runs smoothly, light filing, cash handling, books, data entry, cleaning, cooking, serving, scheduling.

Deal with customer complaints and new workers.

I am a manager there, looking after everyone and making sure everything is running smoothly. I am responsible for the pay roll also.

I train people, and basically run the company from the ground up. Run deposits to the bank, place inventory orders, and in charge of fundraisers as well.

Front of house management, sous chef, scheduler. all aspects of both the front and the back of house management for a restaurant. including food purchasing.

I am in charge of managing a shift of anywhere from three to 16 crew members for at least eight hours. I keep control of the money and count all money and prepare a deposit at the end of my shift. I also deal with any customer complaints that may arise.
