I handle all phone calls, foot traffic, church weekly bulletin, monthly newsletter, copying, correspondence, accounts payable computer entry, offering computer entry, setting up appointments, etc.

Keeping financial records of all donations to the church. All bookkeeping for all church expenses, payroll, donations to various charities (local & worldly) as well as quarterly and yearly giving statements for all donors and notification of memorial and in honor of donations. Pay all the bills and am responsible for all checks written and distributed. Preparing the annual budget and giving projections on various increases and decreases needed on the budget. Prepare the monthly data reports on donations, the budget and spending/expenses and the spreadsheets necessary to explain these figures and percentages. Filing of all necessary tax documents. Filing of all financial documents.

I work with Americans who are interested in becoming long-term missionaries. I work with them in the early stages of their interest, answering their detailed questions (about missions, raising support, telling them the possibilities with OM). I also fill a "coach" role helping them process where they are and where they want to go. I am generally a missions educator, which I do over the phone and email. I also oversee all the trianing of new missionaries here in the USA with OM.

Pastoral care for a congregation averaging 70 people at worship per week. Preaching, teaching, administration of the sacraments, counseling, visitation and basic management are par for the course.

Coordinating the organizations trips to NY, London and Israel. All the details.

My job is to develop, nurture, and facilitate relationships with young people from grades 6 to college graduation. I write curriculum to teach, counsel the young people, and create an environment that is viewed by the young people as safe and open.

Speak/teach, program and budget events, counsel students, perform admin duties, media and creative elements, and facilitate some adult ministry duties.
