Edit and process appraisal reports, data entry, answer phones, deal with all licensing issues in regards to appraisal licensing, general admin.

• Coordinates calendars, travel schedules and travel arrangements for 9 real estate appraisers. • Responsible for writing up proposals, invoices and all other letter or email correspondence. • Communicates with external contacts to compile all documents necessary to complete each appraisal. • Assists the appraisers by researching hotel, geographical and property assessment data. • Edits and processes final reports before sending to clients. • Manages all permits and licensing, as well as the Continuing Education needed to obtain a new license or to keep a license current.

Research and advertise apartments that are available. Research to find people looking for apartments and connect them with those looking to lease residences. Show apartments and walk the apartment hunter through from searching to leasing.

I'm working on a project now that involves implementing a language program to allow non-English speakers equal access to all of our agency's services.
