I am responsible for the creation of the art, marketing, advertising, networking, shipping, supplies, receiving, research, development, photography and customer service.

I COORDINATE THE AUCTION LANE, MANAGE THE RESERVATION OF AUCTION #'S, THE CHECKING IN AND RUNNING OF CARS, PROCESSING SALES, AND KEEPING UP WITH DATA RELATED TO THE AUCTION, AUCTION CUSTOMERS AND AUCTION SALES. I ALSO STOCK IN ALL THE CARS, HANDLE MOST OF THE WHOLESALE BUSINESS AND DO ALL OF TEH AR/AP.

Day to day operations of company and design/implemention of engineering projects.

I co own the company, so I not only do the hands on construction work but also the office work. I bid the jobs that we do and communicate with the clients on a day to day basis. I also handle the scheduling and ordering as well as designing and managing of the projects. I usually work 40 hours at the job site and an additional 30 hours per week handling the office side of things and managing our web site and company blog. Someday we hope to have office help so that we do not have to work so many hours, but since we are a smaller company, we both usually work long hours to keep it up and running smoothly.

Each business entity should (and in a lot of cases must) have a developed plan of action in the event natural, man-made and business emergencies. Those plans of action include what to do in the event of an emergency, how to act, where to go, what resources are available and usable, when should the plan be put into action, exercising the plan, evaluating and re-writing plan, re-exercising over and over again and finally evaluating when and if the plan is put into action.

Plumbing, Painting, Gutter Cleaning, Bathroom installation, everything that a handyman does.

I answer phones. Set up jobes to be bid. Handle the finances, and any paperwork. Keep the suplies stocked. I do everything except the actual bidding of the job and the welding.

I over see the whole opperation of running a full time day care. I hire fire, screen potential clients,run back ground checks, payrole, all office duties.

I provide covert and revealed compliance audits to a variety of industries and companies. I also have a cosmetics business that I have operated for over 15 years.

I do everything. Website creation and upkeep, marketing and advertising, public relations and sales.

I PERFORM A LARGE VARIETY OF PERSONAL SERVICES TO EXECUTIVES AND HOMEOWNERS.
