Hiring and managing of loan origination staff and support staff. Personal loan production. I am responsible for the day to day profit and loss activity of my branch.

I look over paperwork to make sure a borrower has submitted all the correct forms needed and that there is no errors or problems on them. I also speak with brokers and escrow companies to obtain the correct paperwork.

Calling clients, originating loans, processing loans

I am in charge of pulling credit, docking packages and getting them sent out, calling all the lenders and the closers, contacting customers, and preparing the packages for the closes.

I AM RESPONSIBLE FOR FINDING CLIENTS, RECEIVING DATA FROM THEM, FINDING A PROGRAM TO FIT THEIR NEEDS, AND THEN SUBMITTING THE DATA TO A LENDER TO GET A PRE APPROVAL THEN I MUST "CLOSE" THE CLIENT. I ALSO ANSWER PHONES, FILE, AND DUE WHATEVER ELSE IS NEEDED TO RUN THE OFFICE EFFECTIVELY.
