My team is a software development team. We develop interactive computer training applications, and interactive, electronic versions of technical manuals for equipment or systems that the Navy uses. I specifically do some programming/development, analyzing requirements of an individual project, and lots of testing of applications before they are delivered to our customers.

I primarily receive incoming phone calls from members who are looking to obtain automobile or property insurance or to utilize my company's banking services.

In charge of Help Desk calls, general fixing of user issues. Collateral duty of ordering all supplies for the department.

I prepare legal actions for over 1,000 military servicemen and women. I attend court trials for Soldiers and assist attorneys in preparing for court. I work with different units and their commanders to ensure legal standards are met at all times.

As the Deputy Operations Officer for a multi-disciplined intelligence facility I am responsible for numerous planning and organizing duties. I schedule and conduct daily and weekly organizational meetings with the purpose of disseminating information and coordinating efforts. I act as the primary point of contact for outside organizations including coordinating VIP visits, briefings, and projects. Additionally, I accurately collect performance information from subordinate sections and compile it in a professional presentation for senior officers.

improve communications from Command to family members and vise versa, passing along information so that family members are informed. The Ombudsman will give information on command programs, services and, upcoming events. Family members will be able to reach out to the command by contacting the Ombudsman Coordinator via email or telephone. The Ombudsman Coordinator will provide a direct link to the Command and Commanding Officer on family issues and concerns. He can also refer family members to resources, programs, and services in the area where they live.
