- Developed and implemented a follow the sun 24 x 7 support strategy for Network and Voice engineers in Japan, United States and Paris, supporting 40 sites utilizing varies network/voice technologies. - Engineered and developed a global wireless solution with 110 - Cisco 1200 G access points. Upgraded a LEAP/WEP (Security Risk) to PEAP/AES for greater security with authentication/encryption. - Engineered and developed a global firewall solution, standardized on Checkpoint R55/Nokia w/ centralized management. - RFP - Renegotiated a global 40 site wide area network for a cost saving of $1.9 million annually.

Plan, coordinate, direct, and design IT-related activities of the organization, as well as provide administrative direction and support for daily operational activities of the IT department. Work closely with decision makers in other departments to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions for all aspects of the organization.
