I find people that are in need of Primerica's services. I create charts of people's financial situations, create a plan for saving money for retirement, schooling for any children, etc. I help people decide how much they should save for retirement and how to make it happen, and also how much life insurance they should have on themselves.

As and escrow officer I process and manage the escrow, in accordance with the escrow instructions, and when all conditions required in the escrow can be met or achieved, the escrow will be "closed." Each escrow, although following a similar pattern, will be different in some respects, as it deals with your property and the transaction at hand. My duties include following the instructions given by the principals and parties to the transaction in a timely manner; handling the funds and/or documents in accordance with the instruction; paying all bills as authorized; responding to authorized requests from the principals; closing the escrow only when all terms funds in accordance with instructions and provide an accounting for same – the Closing or Settlement Statement.

I handle sales presentations, marketing, business development and training. I have a sales force of 100 agents in 10 offices. On occasion I will handle personal transactions but the majority of my effort is spend in assisting my sales force close their deals.
