I am responsible for the day to day operations. I open the office I check any things that have to be taken care of, and I either assign those duties or take care of them myself.

Adminstration, management and fiscal

I make phone calls to verify insurnace benefits, also call insurnace companies if there is a discrepency in payment, I am in charge of Accounts payableand recievable, I post payments from inusrancecompanies into patient accounts take x rays, answer phones

provide hearing evaluation, hearing aid consultation, fitting and follow-up, and balance testing and management for adults and pediatric populations. Provide on-call services for practice physicians for 1/2 the day.

I counsel women about the benefits of breastfeeding. Take inventory of state funded supplies.

I do personal care for my patients, some cooking, errands and housekeeping.

My duties and responsibilities include taking patients medical histories and recording vital signs, explaining treatment procedures to patients, preparing patients for examination, and assisting the physician during the examination. I also collect and prepare laboratory specimens and perform laboratory tests, prepare and administer medications, authorize drug refills, draw blood, prepare patients for x rays, take electrocardiograms, remove sutures, and change dressings.

I am there to help with the residents needs. Whether it be bathing, feeding, or just someone to talk to.

I organize clinics, discharges, tx plans and triage phone calls.

Nurtitional assessments for inpatients and education for any therapeutic diets. Responsible for 4 units

Manage a group of employees in a call center who evaluate eligibility for insurance and precertify care for mental health patients.

I handle benefits for employees and their dependents that have lost their insurance coverage. A federal law called COBRA enables them to keep their insurance if they pay the premiums. I make sure ERS is not in violation of any of the provisions of COBRA. I enroll participants in the program and approve their eligibility for a specified time period.

Serve as main point of contact for clients after implementation process Liaison between NextGen and the client; handling licensing issues, upcoming release questions, support ticket escalation Responsible for 30+ clients each with multiple providers, practices and locations Independently document all Customer interactions. This data is used to by executive management to determine Customer Satisfaction

I do basic troubleshooting and dispatch cust. escalations

I oversee the employees and diagnose and treat oral decay

I assist the nurses and also provide computer and network support.

call families and provide support , obtaine consent for tissue and eye donation

To preform an exam called an echocardiogram

As an EKG tech I do a heart test on any patients that may have risk of heart problems. this includes pre-op screening.

I transcribe doctor's orders, order diagnostic exams, labs, x-rays, etc. I make sure all the patient records are up-to-date. I answer the phones and coordinate transfers, admissions and discharges. I refer patients to resources in the community. Communicate with other emergency personnel as needed. Keep the ER running efficiently.
