I am responsible for implementing a forecasting system for my company.

assess custoker issues with electronic equipment, provide solutions for repair, work with various hardware and software configurations to make repairs to customer equipment, complete service paperwork electronically

I help internal users resolve problems with thier PCs and different internal operating systems.

As a computer operator I am responsible for daily, weekly and monthly backups and maintenance on both a mainframe system and a network of predominantly Windows and Oracle based systems. I also do networking and hardware monitoring and troubleshooting when necessary.

Installation, configuration, troubleshooting of servers, storage, tape backup etc.

Desktop support and computer maintenence

I begin and complete maintenance on computers for a school district. I complete things such as software and hardware updates, software installations, and other basic computer maintenance. I am a general IT person for the schools that I am in. If someone is having a problem with a computer, they come to me for advice.

Responsible for all aspects of IT, including prop application development, workflow automation, compliance technologies, networking and security, desktop support.

Help customer's troubleshooting their products

Maintain 25 servers, 400 laptops, handle special requests for software and support.

set-up new users, de-activate employee accounts. Assist with selection of software and training new and existing employees on how to use software and hardware.

I test our site and I assume basic editorial tasks such as editing and writing newsletters.

I assist the customers in buying products, and diagnose computer problems on-site.

I fix broken computer hardware, including but not limited to Dell Apple and HP. I coordinate returns, organize equipment, and make recommendations for computer purchases.

Answering calls to help faculty and staff of the university, Imaging new laptops and desktop computers that come in with the Towson image. Working with other Network administrators / Engineers to resolve network issues.

Provide computer support and training to desktop users, both hardware and software.

I provide technical hardware and softwares support to company employees. I also provide upper level support to our frontline technicians.

Take IT Tickets, maintain servers, troubleshoot user/server problems.

Server/workstation maintenance. Backup scheduling and implementation. Website work. User support.

I fix many of the computers that are brought in for repair.
