Intern at a public relations firm. Apply anywhere and everywhere no matter the listed qualifications.

skills do you think a person should have if they want to pursue a
position like yours? Please be specific and explain why (e.g., social
skills, organization skills, technical skills)
must be organized and able to multitask. there is a lot of undesireable work that must get done and everyone has to pitch in. have to like talking on the phone, interacting with people of different backgrounds, ie other publicists, editors, writers, tv producers and personalities, talent, celebrities and their "people". email is huge and you are often "on-call" 24/7.
