If someone wanted to go about getting a job similar to yours, what would you recommend for him or her to do?
Start out as a demonstrator and merchandiser with my company. After several months of excellent performance, express interest in a management position.

They must have good organizational skills and be able to work independently as well as with others. Having good people skils and the ability to interact well with others.
