I work for a company that does not hire a lot from the outside...the best way to get a job like mine is to network and be presistent in the job search...by following-up

very open minded and felxible person...technical, social and organizational skills are a must...

  Do you feel that you need a certain level of education or training to be successful in your job?

you need at least a BA/BS...a MBA is a plus

  What advice would you give to someone who was about to start work in your position/ line of work?

build good relationships...learn from everyone...at all levels...even the administrative level...some of these people have been in there line of work for a long time and know a lot...but do not have the mentality to do what it takes to move to the next level...
