I work for a Real Estate office employed with close to 60 people. Yhe office that I work for also offers Investment services as well as Rental firm.

I work in office and from home. My boss is very flexible, so I love working in office/home. When I am in office that gives me a chance to catch a breather from home and home life. I work from home when I have sick kids/kid. so thats also great.

3. How should someone new to the workforce get a J-O-B like yours?

  If someone wanted to go about getting a job similar to yours, what would you recommend for him or her to do?

I found my job through a friend. But anyone can get a job like mine after you get your interview, write down a bunch of questions that you think are imporant (after all you are interviewing the employer to, and thats just how you have to look at it). Ask alot of questions, be honest, and there is something that isimpoant to you, let them know.

  What skills do you think a person should have if they want to pursue a position like yours? Please be specific and explain why (e.g., social skills, organization skills, technical skills)

Great customer Service skills, a must. great phone voice, quick typng skills (do alot of typing up contracts, need top be fast because usually the customers are standing opver you waiting for them and you don't want them waiting for long), patience

  Do you feel that you need a certain level of education or training to be successful in your job?

no

  What advice would you give to someone who was about to start work in your position/ line of work?

Do what ever you are asked in a timely manner, stay calm, and be patient, take the time for yourself, you do get 2 15 minute breaks, use them for a breather.
