3. How should someone new to the workforce get a J-O-B like yours?

If someone wanted to go about getting a job similar to yours, what would you recommend for him or her to do?

They should send in an application. Companies like mine are frequently hiring. Another good tactic would be to have someone within the company submit your resume. Employees get a bonus if a referral of theirs is hired, so they would be happy to fight on your behalf.

What skills do you think a person should have if they want to pursue a position like yours? Please be specific and explain why (e.g., social skills, organization skills, technical skills)

Research skills are most important for my position. I would also say that time management is important because you work on your own schedule and need to be able to determine if you have enough work to fill your week.

Do you feel that you need a certain level of education or training to be successful in your job?

A college degree is sufficient.

What advice would you give to someone who was about to start work in your position/ line of work?

The work is easy enough, but it takes effort to get advanced within the company.
