I work for Verizon Business. We provide telecom services to the Federal Government as well as large and small businesses.

fourty hours a week. Sometimes I work overtime.

I create and maintain web-based database applications to better server internal departments with workflow. I create revenue reports and presentations.

Look at the company website for current positions. It will describe job roles. Take some classes on computer programs and learn by trial-and-error.

Have an IT background with programming experience. Have people skills. Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Make sure you have enough technical background in order to be able to handle your work. There is flexibility as far as paid training and on-the-job experience.
