Social skills because you take about 40-80 calls per day and you have to be friendly. You have to be good at empathasizing with customers also. Another thing you have to be good at is typing. You type notes all day.

  Do you feel that you need a certain level of education or training to be successful in your job?

Highschool at least

  What advice would you give to someone who was about to start work in your position/ line of work?

Not a bad job to get in to.
