In addition, my responsibilities include client service such as presentations or answering questions for potential clients.

3. How should someone new to the workforce get a J-O-B like yours? |

If someone wanted to go about getting a job similar to yours, what would you recommend for him or her to do?
I would recommend they come in for an entry level position. Once in the position, show that you are dedicated and bring initiative to the position. The individual should be a self starter as well as a fast learner.

The person should have strong technical skills as we utilize various applications as part of our daily processing. In addition, when developing new applications, strong technical skills are key.

What advice would you give to someone who was about to start work in your position/ line of work?
I would suggest learning from those around you. In addition, once you are trained, what can you bring to the group. In order to get ahead, you will want to stand out in a positive way. Take initiative to work on a task that needs completing such as create a training guide if one does not exist. In addition, volunteer for special projects to gain exposure.
