Primarily provide support for ten (10) individuals in the Advisory area which consists of two (2) Partners, three (3) Managing Directors and five (5) Directors. Provide back up support to other Executive Assistants when needed. Heavy calendar management - maintain calendar, plan and schedule meetings. Heavy volume of answering phones in a professional manner. Prepare time & expense reports. Coordinate travel plans, hotels, and car service.File maintain and organization. Type and proofread all correspondence/word processing, responses, reports and spreadsheets. Coordinate conference calls as needed. Format documents using excel formulas, scan documents and graphics, prepare slide presentations and coordinate projects with reproduction. Assist in preparation of documents for electronic filing of reports. Type and proofread all correspondence/word processing, responses, reports and spreadsheets.

I have an assignment list of 10 people who on aneed basis I do work for. I find this particular work environment tends to be impersonal at times which may make me dislike it some of the time.

It is in an office location my desk is cube style and I love it. I am in the open where I can always been seen. It can be disliked at times when I am busy everyone comes to me for everything.

social skills -always have to be a people person organization skills - have to be organized can be alot of work if you become a mess it will be had to follow through with your work technical skills - may need them
