My boss is called "Mr. Nightmare" and with good reason. Before I took the position he when through 7 clerks in 3 months. The last one only lasted one morning and never came back from lunch. He bangs on his keyboard that can be heard on the down the hallway, and almost never leaves his office. My desk is exactly 4 1/2 inches from his and he sits behind me (I face the wall). I really don't mind the CONSTANT yelling that hw does in general (not JUST at me) he is when throws the shoes is what worries since he seats behind me.
