My organization is the fifth largest publisher in the US and is owned by a French comapny who recently purchased us to have a US arm in the publishing industry. It is formerly AOL-Time Warner Publishing.

Only one year--but I have been with the same company for 21 years. I have held three management positons there.

I manage 12 employees, 10 full time, and 2 part time. I insure the workload is evenly divided. I program Special Offers or Promos that the Marketing/Publicity depts create to increase sales. I inform Executive Management of the IT needs of the dept. I regularly meet with my dept to assess needs.
