Good to have cash handling experience. It is always good to have a contact within the company to help you get your foot in the door.

Outgoing personality, you are required to work with customers all day long and get them to open new accounts. You must know how to communicate effectively when interacting with your co-workers and helping customers resolve account problems. Cash handling and computer skills are a must.
